Hayes Lamothe Foundation, Inc. (“HLF,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a non-profit organization which aims to honor the life of Hayes Lamothe. - Contact information, such as your first name, last name, phone number, mailing address, Instagram username, and email address.
- Payment information, such as your credit / debit card information, banking information, and billing address when you make a donation. This information is processed by our third-party donation collection platform, Zeffy, and their payment processor, Stripe. We do not have access to payment card numbers. - Communications, that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback or otherwise.
- Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving our communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
- Any other information you choose to provide, including when you complete a webform or submit any other information through our Site.
Personal Data We Obtain From Social Media
We may combine your personal data with information we obtain from our pages on social media platforms and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, or donate to our organization via those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal data. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
