Hayes Lamothe Foundation, Inc. (“HLF,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a non-profit organization which aims to honor the life of Hayes Lamothe. Personal Data That You Provide

When you access or use our Site, or contact us (whether as a volunteer, donor or organization interested in our activities) we may collect the following information about you:

• Contact information, such as your first name, last name, phone number, mailing address, Instagram username, and email address.

• Payment information, such as your credit / debit card information, banking information, and billing address when you make a donation. This information is processed by our third-party donation collection platform, Zeffy, and their payment processor, Stripe. We do not have access to payment card numbers. • Communications, that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback or otherwise.

• Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving our communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.

• Any other information you choose to provide, including when you complete a webform or submit any other information through our Site.

Personal Data We Obtain From Social Media

We may combine your personal data with information we obtain from our pages on social media platforms and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, or donate to our organization via those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal data. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data We Collect Automatically

When you visit our Site, we may collect certain information about your visits and interactions. Examples of this information include:

When you make a donation that is part of a campaign sponsored by your employer, and/or when your employer is being asked to match your donation, we may share your name and the amount of you donation with your employer. We may also identify you as a donor on our Site (including listing your name and amount donated), for example in annual reports or annual tax returns.
• Advertising Partners. We may disclose personal data collected through our Site to third-party advertising and marketing partners, where permitted by applicable laws.
• Professional Advisors: We may disclose personal data to professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services which we have retained them to render to us.
